The oil produced by the Foddi Mill is characterised by a distinctive bouquet of cardoon, artichokes and cut grass. The mouthfeel recalls a medium intensity green fruitness. On the palate it has a balanced taste, first bitter then piquant.

3 L CONTAINER WITH DISPENSER

The production process involves filling kegs about 200 l with olives of the “Nera di Gonnos” cultivar, water and salt. All the ingredients are brewed for eight/nine months, until the fruits are completely ripe.

Valuable element of the Mediterranean diet, at the mouthfeel it recalls a medium intensity green fruitness with a hint of bitterness and piquant. It is ideal to use raw as a garnment in order to characterize your dishes.

Foddi extra virgin olive oil is a monocultivar 100% Sardinian Italian oil, produced in Medio Campidano area, drawn from the cold pressing of local olives of the "Nera di Gonnos" cultivar.
