What we do

We are olive oil producers for three generations and farmers by tradition. With passion, experience, and dedication to the land, we produce high-quality Sardinian extra virgin olive oil, enhancing local varieties while combining traditional methods with modern technologies.

Our olive mill is located in Gonnosfanadiga, in south-western Sardinia, a region renowned for olive growing, where plains and hills meet at the foot of Mount Linas.

We are committed to preserving the native Nera di Gonnos cultivar, from which we produce an authentic 100% Italian EVO oil, truly representative of the territory.

Every stage of production is carefully managed: from olive cultivation and harvesting to pressing and bottling. This allows us to guarantee a traceable, genuine olive oil with a unique aromatic profile.

Our production follows the principles of the circular economy, minimizing waste and making the most of every resource.

The strong presence of the Nera di Gonnos cultivar makes Gonnosfanadiga one of the most important areas for Sardinian extra virgin olive oil production.
