Foddi extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the pressing of native olives of the “Nera di Gonnos” local cultivar, which derives its etymology from the territory of Gonnosfanadiga, whose district is one of the areas with the greatest concentration of this variety.

Foddi extra virgin olive oil proceeds from the cold pressing of the Sardinian “Nera di Gonnos” local cultivar, typical of Medio Campidano area.
The modern-designed and cylindrical-shaped 500 ml tin bottle may be used directly at the table. The can is extremely sturdy, perfect for transportation.
Why is it special?
The extra virgin oil, this condiment is drawn from, originated in olives grown in Gonnosfanadiga territory, using eco-friendly and sustainable methods, hand picked and cold pressed. Olive Oil Mill since long ago sustains the re-launch of the Sardinian territory, through the enhancement of the local "Nera di Gonnos" cultivar.

Suggested uses:
Ideal for hot soups, legumes, red meat, pasta, grilled vegetables, bruschette.
It can be used either for cooking or uncooked, so that to garnish and flavour your dishes.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct heat or light, preferably at a temperature between 19 and 25 degrees C.
