Information on the processing of personal data of users who access the website of the Company Foddi Fiorenzo Eredi s.n.c pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Code for the protection of personal data) and EU Regulation 679/ 2016 (GDPR).

The Personal Data collected by this Application, either autonomously or through third parties, are: e-mail address, name, surname, address, province, postal code, telephone number, Cookie, Usage Data. Other types of Personal Data collected may be indicated in other sections of this privacy policy or by means of informative texts displayed at the time of collection of the Data. Personal Data can be entered voluntarily by the User or collected automatically during the use of this Application. Any use of Cookies - or of other tracking tools - by this Application or by the owners of third party services used by this Application, unless otherwise specified, has the exclusive purpose of identifying the User and recording his/her preferences for purposes strictly related to the provision of the service requested by the User. The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through this Application and guarantees that he/she has the right to communicate or diffuse them, releasing the Owner from any liability towards third parties.

The User has, at any time, the right to request the interruption of the Treatment or the cancellation of the Data by addressing a request to the contact details of the owner indicated in this document.

This data will be stored until automated deletion. The data will be deleted as soon as the above-mentioned purpose has been fulfilled.

If you order products through our website, we collect the following information:

• E-mail and possible PEC;

To get information about shipments: for this purpose we have to process the data you have indicated as delivery address.

To ensure the correct and simple processing of your order and to quickly clarify any questions, you can provide us with other optional data:

The personal data collected by us for the order will be stored until the expiration of the legal warranty period and will then be deleted automatically, except in cases where in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1, page 1, let. c GDPR we are obliged to store them for a longer period due to conservation and documentation provisions for tax and commercial reasons or if you have authorized us to store them for a longer period in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1, page 1, let a GDPR.

c) Registration and access to the Application

As a registered user of our Application you have many additional functions at your disposal. In order for you to use these functions we have to store and process your data. For this reason, when you register as a User in our Application you must authorize the storage and processing of your data.

When you register in our Application as a User we will ask for the following information:

• Your e-mail address
• Your first and last name as the person placing the order and the user of our Application
• Your telephone number

We collect this data in order to identify you as a business partner.

The data processing takes place on the basis of your request and is necessary according to Art. 6, paragraph 1, page 1, let. b of the RGDP for the purposes indicated and for the fulfillment of the contract and pre-contractual measures.

The personal data collected by us for the purpose of registration and access will be stored until you revoke your authorization to process them or until we stop processing them, unless we are obliged to store them for a longer period of time pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1, p. 1, let. c of the GDPR due to retention and documentation requirements for tax and business reasons or if you have authorized us to store them for a longer period of time pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1, p. 1, let a of the GDPR.

d) Authorization to use data in our Application

When you have registered in our Application and connect as a user, you authorize the storage, processing and use of your personal data in accordance with this data protection notice.

The details of your use in our Application are collected for the duration of your registration. This includes:

• The duration of your visit;
• The items searched, viewed and marked on our website;
• The purchased items (order summary):

The personal data collected by us in connection with your use of our Application will be stored until you revoke your authorization to data processing or until we stop processing them, unless we are obliged to store them for a longer period of time in accordance with Art. 6, paragraph 1, page 1, let. c GDPR due to retention and documentation requirements for tax and business reasons.

You can send us generic requests with the contact form of our Application. For this purpose it is absolutely necessary to indicate:

• First name, Last name;
• a valid email address or telephone number.

The User, by filling out the contact form with his/her data, allows the use of such data to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other type of request indicated in the header of the form.

The processing of your contact data is based on art. 6, paragraph 1, let. d RGDP according to your voluntary consent or according to art. 6, paragraph 1, let. b RGDP or to protect our legitimate interest according to art. 6, paragraph 1, let. f GDPR.

Our legitimate interest is to be able to fulfill support requests so that we can ensure a well-functioning customer service.

Personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted after completion of the request submitted by you, except in cases where in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1, p. 1, let. c RGDP we are obliged to retain it for a longer period for retention and documentation provisions for tax or commercial purposes.

f) If using contact via WhatsApp or via phone (our Application)

Users who have provided their phone number may be contacted for commercial or promotional purposes related to this Application, as well as to fulfill support requests.

Personal data such as your name, address or phone number will not be collected unless you give us this data voluntarily. We collect these data in order to know who the request is from and to be able to respond in the manner you wish (by mail, phone or e-mail).

The processing of your contact data is based on Art. 6, paragraph 1, page 1, let. d GDPR based on your voluntary consent or based on Art. 6, paragraph 1, let. b GDPR or to protect our legitimate interest according to Art. 6, paragraph 1, let. f GDPR.

Our legitimate interest is to be able to react to a customer's requests so that we can ensure a well-functioning customer service.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted after completion of the inquiry submitted by you, except in cases where in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1, let. c GDPR we are obliged to retain it for a longer period for retention and documentation provisions for tax or commercial purposes.

g) Address management and sending email messages

This type of service allows you to manage a database of email contacts, telephone contacts or contacts of any other type, used to communicate with the User. These services may also allow the collection of data relating to the date and time of visualization of the messages by the User, as well as the User's interaction with them, such as information on clicks on links included in the messages.

f) Promotion

We use the email addresses that you have provided to us in the ordering process for promotional activities. (Trigger mailings, direct mailings, etc.) These advertising messages are geared towards your needs and are only shown in the case of related products. If you no longer wish to receive these advertisements, you can cancel these notifications at any time by simply clicking on "cancel" in the respective e-mail.

The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6, para. 1, let. f of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is consequential to the previously listed purposes regarding data collection.

Foddi Fiorenzo eredi s.n.c. reminds that, where the response to requests can not be considered satisfactory, the user can refer and complain to the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (www.garanteprivacy.it) in the manner provided for by applicable law.
