This oil is one of the main ingredients of the Mediterranean diet. It has important organoleptic properties due to its high concentration of unsaturated fatty acids, which contribute to maintaining normal levels of cholesterol, and thus preventing cardiovascular and carcinogenic diseases, as well as premature aging.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct heat or light, preferably at a temperature between 19 and 25 degrees C.
