Gift box Garlic and Chili Pepper Dressings - 2 tin bottles of 250 ml each

Gift box comprised of two bottles of 250 ml each, one consisting in a garlic condiment and the second consisting in a chili pepper condiment. The refined Sardinian extra virgin oil meets the intense and marked flavour of garlic and chili pepper, giving rise to pleasant dressings with healthy properties. Produced by hand by the infusion of natural extracts of chili pepper and garlic in cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from a Sardinian cultivar. The combination of the strong nuances of chili and garlic with the aromatic flavour of the extra virgin oil makes this dressing perfect to enhance the taste of your meals, especially meat-based dishes, grilled vegetables and bruschette.

Why is it special?

The extra virgin olive oil, from which this dressing is drawn, is obtained by the pressing of the "Nera di Gonnos" variety. Foddi Olive Oil Mill since long ago sustains the re-launch of the Sardinian territory, through the enhancement and preservation of the local biodiversity. The olives are grown employing eco-friendly and sustainable methods, then harvested by hand and cold pressed.

Suggested uses:

It may be employed either uncooked straight on your dishes or for cooking with grilled meat or vegetables, bruschette, hot legumes soups, and "focacce".
