Why is it special?
The extra virgin olive oil, from which this dressing is drawn, is obtained by the pressing of the "Nera di Gonnos" variety. Foddi Olive Oil Mill since long ago sustains the re-launch of the Sardinian territory, through the enhancement and preservation of the local biodiversity. The olives are grown employing eco-friendly and sustainable methods, then harvested by hand and cold pressed.
