The extra virgin olive oil from which this condiment is made is obtained from the press of the Nera di Gonnos olive variety. In fact, the Foddi mill, has for years been supporting the revival of this area of Sardinia by valuing and conserving local biodiversity. The olives are grown using eco friendly and sustainable methods, hand picked and cold pressed milled.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct heat.
